Our stay was fantastic! The location is absolutely perfect – very central, yet still on a quiet part of the street. Just around the corner, there’s a main road full of great restaurants and shops. The old town and the port are also just a few minutes walk away, which made exploring super easy. The rooms are modern, clean, and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was great. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, we felt it was great value for the money, and we would definitely stay here again!

The hotel and the room were above expectations. Central location, friendly and helpful lady at reception upon arrival. Very large room, divided into 2 areas (we were 3 people). Bathroom had a great shower. Breakfast was also very good, offering a variety of salty and sweet options.

The rooms are clean, spacious, and equipped with all the essentials you would expect from a 3-star hotel. The location is excellent, with the beach just 7–10 minutes away and plenty of restaurants and corner stores open until midnight. The breakfast was alright, though it gets very repetitive if you stay longer. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The location is excellent, very central and close to everything. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room cleanliness was outstanding; everything was spotless and well-organized. The room facing the church was particularly spacious, bright, and sunny in the morning, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The cheerful and friendly attitude of the receptionists and all the housekeeping staff made my holiday even more enjoyable. As a woman traveling solo, I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. It was a peaceful and delightful experience, and I would highly recommend it!

All the staff that work at the Santa Maria City Hotel are all very professional, attentive , offer amazing customer service and genuinely care about their guests. Sophia and Nicoletta that work at the front desk are above par. They are consistently providing amazing customer service and genuinely care about their guests. The Staff that maintain the breakfast buffet are very friendly, attentive and professional. All the cleaning staff are very friendly, attentive and genuinely care about the guests. I have stayed at this establishment many times now. I am never disappointed. The Santa Maria City Hotel rates five stars and more. The rooms are amazing. Great showers, TV’s and comfortable beds. I definitely will stay here again in the near future.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything I needed. The facilities are very good and well maintained, making the stay both comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast was a highlight - tasty, fresh, and with a wide range of options to suit everyone. And the location simply couldn’t be better - everything you need is right on your doorstep. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This property is amazing. I have stayed here many times now. It never disappoints. Sophia & Nicoletta that work on the front desk are so professional, attentive and very friendly. They are very attentive and genuinely care about their guests. The staff that maintain the breakfast buffet are all very friendly, helpful and attentive. All the cleaning staff that I encountered in the hallway are all very friendly, professional and helpful. This hotel rates five stars and more. I definitely will be staying here in the near future.

Wonderfull clean hotel with lovly staff and great location, was great to have a fridge in the room and kettle, shower also was very good and always hot water. Great hotel, keep up the good work Santa Maria 👌, fantastic stay would 100 percent come back. 😊

Great location Big room and balcony Tasty breakfast Friendly stuff Really good price We stayed here for 4 nights in April and enjoyed it. Our arrival was late, after midnight, but they didn't have any problem with that. Breakfast had different options every day, we were satisfied each morning. Room was clean and spacious. If you don't expect luxury, I would recommend this hotel to you.

Great location, plenty of great restaurants around and 15 mins walk to the old town and a port; 6 mins walk to the beach. Very friendly reception service. Breakfasts were good.
